The BAOWALL® solid wood supporting wall concept allows the rapid construction of all kinds of buildings. It makes it possible to absorb the natural movements of the wood, in the correct proportions, at every level of assembly, thanks to a system of grooves and tongues, thereby guaranteeing the stability of the structure. The units are assembled, fi tted together and bolted without any nails, which makes it possible not to split the wood and to carry out their rapid dismantling and re-assembly in the event of a change of location

DURABLE
The quality of the species used, together with the industrial prefabrication of parts that integrate a design resulting from specialised engineering studies which apply all our experience in exotic woods, particularly as regards drying and precision machining, thereby guaranteeing that the constructions last in the long term (50 years), for minimum maintenance.

ECONOMICAL

Thanks to the industrial prefabrication of the parts and the simplifi cation of nail-free assemblies, unit assembly is very fast.

Wood is recognised as the most comfortable material available for living environments. The quality of life and use of the constructions resulting from this system is vastly superior to that in containers made of plastic and metal materials and even to that in so-called defi nitive materials (concrete). The standard or customised fi nishes for each of the ranges make it possible to adapt the level of comfort to the type of use and the budget.

INTEGRATED & ECOLOGICAL
The materials used in our constructions are 80 % from Cameroon - 20% are imported. The manufacture and assembly are 100 % Cameroonian and 90% of the materials used are recyclable.

MODULAR & DISMANTLABLE The Baowall® construction system makes it possible to produce almost all confi gurations from 10 to 1,500 m2 and even to work on a higher fl oor if required. The types of fi nishes are infi nite and in some cases, the dismantlability and reuse of the buildings offers a not inconsiderable advantage.
