The basic BAOCAMP unit offers a surface area of 34m2 (24m2 inside and 10m2 of veranda). It is fully modular in its indoor layout; housing for 1 person (lounge/bedroom/bathroom), 2 people (2 bedrooms/bathroom), kitchen, laundry, infi rmary, open space offi ce, etc. BAOCAMP units can also be combined, into offi ces for example, to make up a whole which, thanks to the veranda, allows you to remain protected against bad weather. The interior fi nishings are standard. Assembly can take place – depending on the context – on concrete plots or on slabs. The units are delivered as turnkey solutions, with electrical connections and indoor sanitary facilities included.
